We use two heat treating furnaces to adjust the mechanical properties of our products and stress relieve our products after fabrication.

We can provide specialty heat treating for our customers to the highest standard of quality, coupled with testing and analysis of the results. Our heat treating and quenching facility has been recently upgraded. By having a small heat treat oven in our lab, we are able to verify the heat treating procedure before we go to full production levels. At least two test bars are loaded with each batch to check the actual mechanical properties of the casting based on ASTM A370 standard.
